Farrell: FMCG, especially the grocery supply chain.

RPA Editor: Describe some of the challenges you see that impede companies from implementing reusable packaging.

Farrell: Insufficient knowledge concerning the benefits to both the environment and companies that utilize reusable packaging.

RPA Editor: Describe some of the successes you or your customers have had with implementing reusable packaging.

Farrell: Our customers experience significant savings from less product damage and lower transportation costs.

RPA Editor: What are the key changes you see happening in the reusable marketplace in the near future?

Farrell: Continued growth along with increased environmental sensitivity.
