OCONOMOWOC, Wis. — ORBIS Corporation has introduced the new 40 x 48 Stack’R pallet, a rackable/stackable plastic pallet designed to efficiently store, ship and handle products throughout the food, consumer goods, agricultural and pharmaceutical supply chains.

Due to its versatile design, it can be used in both racking and stacking applications. This 100% recyclable pallet is manufactured in high-density polyethylene. Due to its long service life and reusability, it can result in a reduced trip cost when compared to alternative pallets.

The 40.0” x 48.0” x 5.9” Stack’R is available with an open or solid deck. The open, flow-through deck creates a hygienic solution for food/agricultural applications. In addition, this plastic pallet offers:

* Versatile handling with 4-way hand and fork truck entry
* Optional cross stringer
* Easy cleanability in any application
* Lighter weight for better ergonomics
* Open and solid deck options
* Availability in polypropylene or polyethylene plastic
* Higher truckload quantity
* Availability in FDA approved material

This pallet provides an environmental alternative to wood pallets and is fully recyclable at the end of its service life. The all-plastic pallet cannot harbor pests, mold or fungus. The smooth, non-porous construction protects product (no nails, rust or splinters) and does not absorb moisture or odor. Its all-plastic construction ensures dimensional consistency and repeatable performance during its entire service life.
