June 8, 2012 Arlington, VA The Reusable Packaging Association (RPA) is conducting a survey of members, end users and other reusable packaging professionals to gain a better understanding of the future needs of the reusable packaging industry and how they might impact future RPA programs and services.
In a letter to all RPA members and other industry professionals Mike Hacthman, Chairman of the Board of RPA noted, “The RPA Board of Directors is conducting this 2012 Strategic Planning Survey to obtain direct member and non-member input on issues affecting the Association’s member service and industry representation functions. Results from this survey will provide insights needed to ensure that RPA’s value to the reusable packaging industry is enhanced over both the short- and long-term.”
