Portage, WI, April 9, 2014– Effective as of 3:00pm CST on April 2, 2014, Trienda Holdings, L.L.C. (“Trienda Holdings”) purchased the assets of Lexington Logistics, LLC (d/b/a TriEnda). Trienda Holdings is an Oklahoma‐based Limited Liability Corporation. Trienda Holdings is majority owned by Kruger Family Holdings II, LLC with other minority partners. The Company will continue to operate without interruption under new management. John Brown, a shareholder of the new holding company, will become the new Chief Executive Officer. John is extremely pleased with the acquisition.

TriEnda continues to have competitive solutions for the demands in reusable packaging.
