Livonia, MI – October 15th, 2012 – CAPS (www.usecaps.com), announced today its plans to present for the third consecutive year as part of the Reusable Packaging Association’s (RPA) conference series at PACK EXPO 2012. Implementing Asset Tracking – It’s Easier than You Think, is the latest in the educational series presented by CAPS’ Executives, Drew Merrill and Keith Schall.

In this session, Mr. Merrill, VP Business Development & Strategic Planning, and Mr. Schall, Director of Business Systems & Technology, will explore common misconceptions about asset tracking complexity and discuss how properly implemented solutions can significantly improve supply chain efficiency. The presenters will also touch on the role tracking solutions can play in automating data capture at critical control points throughout the supply chain.

“Increasingly stringent government regulations such as the recently enacted Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), are forcing suppliers and manufacturers to implement more rigid data capture and recording methods to ensure accuracy and accessibility,” explains Mr. Schall.

The one hour session is scheduled for 9:45am-10:45am on Tuesday, October 30th at PACK EXPO 2012 in Chicago, IL. To learn more about implementing reusable asset tracking into your supply chain or to register for the session, click here.
