– The Reusable Packaging Association welcomes two more companies, including its first member from Mexico, to the Association. Both companies will exhibit in the association’s Reusable Packaging Pavilion at PACK EXPO in Las Vegas this year.
For the third consecutive year, the RPA sponsored an educational track at PACK EXPO, providing an opportunity to educate attendees about the benefits of reusables in general as well as promote reusable transport packaging services and products. The presentations are now posted in the RPA’s online content library
“I make it a point to come here every year”. We heard this comment repeatedly from attendees who stopped at the RPA booth within the Reusable Packaging Pavilion at PACK EXPO in Chicago. The Pavilion, which was home to 26 RPA members, has become a recognized and must-see stop for PACK EXPO attendees who are interested in reusable packaging and solutions.
Herman Miller Inc. is the winner of the Reusable Packaging Association’s first annual Excellence in Reusable Packaging Award. The winner was announced and the award was presented at PACK EXPO in Chicago. Herman Miller won the award for using reusable packaging for the shipping and handling of a component on a chair assembly line, saving the company $46,000 annually in material and labor.
